Navigating through Covid - 19
Dante's Fine Foods remains committed as ever to being here for you, our staff and the community by providing quality food and maintaining a healthy place for you to shop.
Due to the ongoing uncertainty with Covid-19, we want to assure you about Dante's deep care and concern around health and food safety.
In addition to our already rigorous health and safety practices we have:
Increased the frequency of our cleanings in our shop especially on high contact surfaces like service counters, baskets, utensils and the EFTPOS pin pad.
All our food sampling and tastings in store will stop until further notice.
Dante's will continue to take additional measures and guidance from the Ministry of Health to ensure our customers, our staff and the community keep safe.
So you can expect to see in store:
Excellent hygiene practices with frequent hand washing
Staff following social distancing practices. Social distancing means keeping at a distance to avoid close contact. Keeping a 1 metre distance is recommended
Responsible coughing or sneezing etiquette. Using your elbow or by covering your mouth and nose with tissues as per Ministry recommendation
Be assured too our staff have the information and support they need to stay healthy or stay home if they’re not feeling well.
We appreciate your patience and know we will be making our best efforts to ensure we maintain stock and service levels to the best of our ability.
While there is a great deal of uncertainly currently, we pledge to continue making our decisions with the health, safety and wellbeing of our customers, receivers, team members and our community as our highest priority.
