Beech Forest Honeydew 500g

Biohoney’s Honeydew is naturally dark in colour, with a bold taste similar to treacle or golden syrup. This liquid honey does not crystallise in cooler temperatures and is delicious served on toast or as an ingredient in baking and cooking. In contrast to most other honey products, Honeydew it is not a floral sourced honey. Instead, it is the product of two insects working to create a uniquely delicious honey.

Biohoney’s Honeydew is harvested from the pristine and remote beech tree forests that cover large areas of the upper South Island of New Zealand where the environment is clean and natural and unaffected by pollution.
