Hickory Honey 300g

This is a favourite of those who like their smoked fish and BBQs. We have a good friend who takes a ciabatta loaf, cuts it in half through the middle to make two large flat pieces, toasts it in his air oven for a few minutes to crispy it up…then adds rashers of cooked bacon, a large drizzle of Hickory Flavoured Glaze & Topping then adds slabs (and I mean slabs) of cheese, back in the air oven and 10 minutes later……OMG!!!! Toasty, bacony, cheesey, hickory smokey heaven……Nice cuppa tea, a slab of this beauty…and watch the world go by…… OR…make the traditional smoked fish pie (or use a can of tuna) with a mashed spud topping, THEN…a large drizzle of Hickory Flavoured Glaze & Topping and grated cheese on top, back in the oven for 10 minutes on grill and hey!!!! Divine!
