Black Doris Plum Panna Cotta 45g
Made with NZ's finest grown Black Doris Plums, gelatine and sugar. No artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
You will need:
150ml Full Cream
2 Dariole Moulds
Fresh As Freeze Dried Fruit of your choice to garnish!
1. Combine milk and cream in a saucepan. Heat to lukewarm (around 40C), not hot. Remove from heat.
2. Gradually sprinkle contents over the cream mixture whilst gently whisking. Whisk until all ingredients are well combined.
3.Spray dariole moulds with oil. Wipe away excess oil with paper towel.
4. Divide the mixture evenly between the two moulds. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
