The marriage of wine, mushrooms and the aromatic smoke of Manuka and wine barrel oak create this unique and totally natural product. The mushrooms are then lightly pickled in the brine that we pickle our capsicums in giving a slightly sweet and tangy flavour. Delicious as antipasto, sliced through salad, in risotto's, on pizza/panini's, tossed through pasta with garlic and cream.
