A rustic regional bread from the North of Italy. The dough is made using a yeasted sourdough process, common to many Italian breads. Beneath the crisp, thin crust is an open holey interior. An excellent bread for mopping up oils and sauces. Pandoro bread comes in fresh on Fridays and Saturdays and is available frozen any time.
