We have found a Great recipe for middle eastern inspired chicken wraps that use some of your FAVOURITE PRODUCTS we sell!!
Ingredients:
Chicken wraps:
4 large chicken breasts
2 tbsp ras-el-hanout spice mix
7-8 tbsp olive oil
sea salt, to taste
2-3 tbsp pomegranate molasses
rocket, lettuce leaves or any salad of your choice
4-6 tortillas.
Yoghurt sauce:
400g Greek yoghurt
Finely chopped, Mint
2 tbsp sumac
sea salt and ground black pepper.
For the chicken wraps, cut the chicken breast into even slices. In a small bowl, mix the ras-el-hanout with 4-5 tablespoons of the olive oil to create a paste. Smear the paste over the chicken breasts, Season each breast with a pinch of sea salt, place in the fridge to marinate for at least 10 minutes.
Preheat a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the remaining olive oil and the chicken breasts. Fry the chicken for about 8-10 minutes on one side and 6-8 minutes on the other side.
To make the yoghurt sauce, put the yoghurt, mint and sumac in a small bowl. Season with a pinch of sea salt and some black pepper. Mix well until the sumac and mint are evenly incorporated.
To serve, put a few strips of chicken on each tortilla wrap, add a dollop of the yoghurt sauce and then drizzle with pomegranate molasses. Add some rocket, lettuce or any salad of your choice, roll up the tortillas and serve.
