Matariki Sauce 300ml

Flavoured with seven different peppers, including jalapenos, (plain and smoked), Habanero, cayenne and roasted peppers, combined with tomato and sultanas adds up to a spicy but well balanced blend of hot, sweet and acids. Great as a flavour garnish, swirled into a bowl of pumpkin soup and around corn fritters with a sprinkle of fresh chopped coriander. Also nice with chilli con carne.
